I’ll keep this brief, as I appreciate you’ve probably a lot going on right now.

While some industries are quiet, others have never been busier and may need extra support more than ever. 
If you’re quiet, and work, health and general life permit, now could be a great time to get on top of those tasks you never normally have the time to tackle.

Here are just a few of the things I can help you with:

• Continuity planning – helping you to keep working in new and different ways.
• Remote training – thanks to shared screens, zoom, skype and the many other wonders of digital communication, I can offer individual or group training. 
• Reports – now’s a great time to do that customer analysis you’ve probably been meaning to do for ages. I can give you a quick refresher if it’s been a while.
• Data clean ups – are your customer data records and other data correct and up to date? I can export a spreadsheet for you to check and update, then import it ready to go again.
• MI-DAS – remotely accessing customer sales data for analysis, so you can have up-to-the-minute data before contacting customers or preparing for future contact. Are you using all of the features?  
• Housekeeping – things like tidying up data, updating email address lists, just about anything but dusting!
• Hand holding – remotely of course and with gloves on. But seriously, if you’re struggling with something, or wonder if there’s a better way of doing it, please please give me a call. I can usually find a better, more efficient or simpler way of using the system that will save you time and stress.
